Nursery contributed plant descriptions

You'd think that you were looking at a difficult to grow, rock garden plant when you see this baby. A 8"-12" cushion of tiny bristly foliage that sends up lotsa 6" stems of extremely fragrant, pure white flowers in late Spring. But noooo, its happy just about anywhere.
Medium sized species, a little under a foot tall, with dark green foliage. Some people give it the common name of "Snowflake dianthus" which seems rather appropriate as the fragrant, white, midsummer flowers are come with a long, delicate fringe along the petal margins. Very distinctive. Zone 5
