?Interesting indeed, in gardens or when cut? (Cumming) are these ?spikes of white flowers bent like a goose?s neck?; the 2-3' plants also have yellow-red fall color; may spread. S/M
Goose Neck Loosestrife is an elegant upright plant with racemes of white flowers that arch in a graceful curve. Flower arrangers love them. I would rate them as one of the very best cut flowers, runners but not too weedy or invasive on drier sites. ZONE 4
White Gooseneck loosestrife, a zone 3-8 hardy perennial flowering in mid to late summer with beautiful curving racemes of white flowers which form on stems above the medium green foliage. They resemble goosenecks, and the oddity of all the flowers heads point in the same direction, giving the effect of a gaggle of geese. Likes sun or part shade, deer resistant, and a great cut flower.
Gooseneck Loosestrife. These are plants we grew from cuttings of the variegated form 'Geisha' which show no sign of variegation - strange how that happens! So now there are some nice big pots available of the green one! This does get nice red stems in the sun with curved wands of white flowers. Rapid clumper.
