Syringa 'Josee' is a reblooming, dwarf lilac producing sweetly-scented pink flowers in a large display that can completely cover the shrub in spring. Then it repeat blooms through summer and into fall, taking breaks in between to catch its breath. Plants
The result of hybridizing between 3 dwarf lilacs (S. meyeri, S. patula, and S. microphylla) has produced this mid-size 4-6' beauty. With leaves half the size of S. patula and long trusses of fragrant bright-pink flowers. Ideal planted in the mixed border, container or foundation. S/M
After the first heavy bloom in late spring, given adequate moisture, it will continue to flower intermittently all summer long until frost!
Pretty cool - a reblooming compact Lilac! This is a compact hybrid growing to about 6' with fragrant rose-lilac flowers in May-June. After blooming, nip the spent flowers off, tip prune to shape and you will get more flowers. A good choice for smaller gardens or even large containers.
Dwarf lilac shrub. Flowers are lavender-pink and fragrant. The first bloom in spring is heavy, which is followed by intermittent blooms throughout the summer until frost.
