'Fiona Sunrise' is a lovely and still somewhat uncommon vine in our gardens. This summer jasmine has delicate compound leaves of bright gold which creates a folial show of both stunning texture and colour. The fragrant white blossoms are an added bonus. This is a good climber for a wall or pergola in a protected location. Plant with purple or pink flowered clematis or grow it through a purple-leaved smoke bush or the similarly textured Sambucus 'Black Lace'!
Golden Poet's Jasmine is a vigorous vine for full sun to part shade. It may grow up to 10-20 feet. Beautiful golden chartreuse foliage, that does not fade in shade, produces very fragrant white flowers in summer. Deer resistant. Hardy zone 7-11.

Who would have thought that a golden leaved Jasmine would be hardy in southern New England? We have had this vine winter over for several years now (we're in zone 6A or B, depending on the year). The plants die back to the ground, of course, but its finely cut foliage reappears and we even get a flush of fragrant white flowers by summer's end.
