Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Chocolate foliage on 2' plants. The iris like foliage makes a nice foil for the yellow flowers. We like to grow C. 'Solfatare' with Geranium'Rozannie'.
Refreshing flurries of soft yellow blooms are complemented by olive green foliage. Late blooming and always a sellout; performs well here with partial shade to our surprise. Long-lasting in a vase, and once cut, may rebloom. 2' tall and clumping. Minimum temperature: 0?F
This selection will make your mouth water with smoky bronze foliage, butter yellow flowers, and dark chocolate calyxes. The strong upright leaves add a linear dimension to the border, and contrast beautifully with finer textured plants such as Salvia reptans.
Butter yellow and apricot blossoms are held in sprays on 18-24" stems above bronze tinted foliage. In colder climates, lift the corms at the end of the summer as they multiply quite readily and store in a cool dry spot. In areas without reliable snow cover, a good thick layer of a protective winter mulch will help prevent the soil from freezing too deep to harm the corms.
