This compact little shrub is most notable for its beautiful, fuzzy foliage which is an unusual blue-green, the bluest of the genus. Leaves, to about 1 1/2" long, are very hairy. Flowers, appearing either alone or in pairs, are 1 " long, wide funnel-form, pale yellow, and are sometimes hidden by the foliage It is a great plant for your rock garden; it likes good drainage.
