This hybrid is often thought to be a member of the 'Loderi' group because of the word "Loder" in its name. While it does have R. griffithianum as one of its parents, as do the 'Loderi', that is the only relationship. 'Loder's White' has a large, upright truss opening from a tall, candelabrum bud. It first opens white with a slight yellow in the throat and a pink picotee edge. (['Album Elegans' x griffithianum] x 'White Pearl')
