Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A rare hybrid from the famous Exbury gardens which has a deep red flower and is huge in size. It is difficult to propagate and makes few limbs to use for propagation, so it is unusual to find it offered for sale. It buds young. The foliage is deep green, medium length and somewhat twisted in shape. (elliottii x 'Dusky Maid')
