Rhododendron 'Fire Rim' is a broadleaf evergreen shrub with green foliage. In spring cream, red and yellow flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Wow. What a great flower combination. Cream-color deepens further into the flower, with a narrow band of red on the edge. A Jim Barlup introduction.
Another excellent hybrid from Jim Barlup of Bellevue, WA. The exciting flowers are cream with a richer cream shaded center and a shadow edge of red. Very nice! The growth habit is dense, low growing and spreading to 2' tall by 3' wide.
