Wide, funnel-shaped flowers with wavy edging are dark pink with lower lobes having a light-yellow overlay. The throat is red with spotting on the dorsal lobe. Trusses lay on the plant in a low profile. Leaves are olive green and have a brownish-orange indumentum.

The flowers open deep pink, fading to creamy pink inside and remaining deep pink outside. Add to that, strong red in the throat with spots and rays of red on the upper petal, all enhanced by the large, deep pink calyx.
