Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The powder-blue foliage arranged in tight whorls around the stems of this 12-18" mounder turns pinkish in cool weather; in warm weather (late summer) the blue is complemented by soft yellow flowers. S/M-D COPatentF
Blue Haze' is a euphorbia hybrid with attractive, powder blue, linear foliage packed onto each stem and held in bushy mounds. In summer the plants are crowned by electric yellow-green flower heads. Full sun, average soils. Drought tolerant once established. Good at the front of the border or in pots.
This choice Euphorbia hybrid between nicaeensis and seguieriana subsp. niciciana is relatively unknown. Crowned by yellow-green flower heads, the attractive, blue-gray linear foliage is densely arranged in a compact and bushy evergreen mound. A backdrop of Cistus 'Little Gem' with Geranium 'Orion' creates a pleasing contrast to its pale pointed leaves and glowing blooms.
Introduced by Plant Haven, this very handsome Euphorbia cross of E. nicaeensis and seguieriana is remarkably hardy in well drained soil. Chartreuse bracts/flowers form all summer and contrast nicely with blue-gray foliage. Grows 15" tall and 24" wide.
An easy going, look-good-all-year-around, compact & colorful edger plant for just about any garden. Deserving far more recognition for its adaptability & usefulness as well as its good looks, this fairly recent hybrid of Euphorbia nicacensis displays delectable powder-blue linear foliage topped from mid-Summer on with beautifully contrasting greeny-chartruese “flowers” (bracts). How pretty! Held on reddish stems the leaves remain ever-blue in temperate climates like ours. Cut back old stems when they eventually fade for reliable fresh new growth. Gorgeous planted in the foregeround of dark foliaged guys like Heuchera ‘Melting Fire.’ Not fussy about soil but well-drained is best. To 18” tall & 2-3’ wide.
