Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sparkling evergreen shrub with bright golden, fine textured foliage… 3-4’ high and wide, compact habit. Fragrant white flowers in spring, often repeats in fall. Foliage has a nice peppery scent and deer don’t like it. Protection from the hottest sun in warmer climates, full sun elsewhere. Average decent soils, medium moisture. Especially nice under gray skies! We really like this shrub, and had to search high and low to find enough to offer! It should be more available…get em while you can. Try pairing with Loropetalum ‘Purple Pixie’!
This hybrid has golden yellow foliage. The foliage is narrow like C. aztec pearl. But, is golden yellow.
Lovely, golden form of the Mexican orange, an evergreen shrub, to 6' tall or so and 4-5' wide, the narrow leaves pale yellow in new growth maturing to green, a bi-color contrast. Foliage is aromatic as well, emitting a spicy-sweet smell when brushed or crushed. Single white flowers are abundant in spring and often again in fall. Protection from the western sun is best in the hottest climates; otherwise full sun to part shade in well drained soil with some summer water. A great landscape plant, easy and rewarding. Frost hardy to USDA zone 8.
Ever-chartreuse linear leaves held horizontally, and fragrant white blooms in late spring - this is one ebullient plant that will lighten your mood when skies are gray. Drought-tolerant once established;
Fragrant white blossoms. Striking golden-yellow new growth.
