A 2022 Cistus introduction from a dense forest clearing in Mendocino Co. CA. This a 15ft plus miniature tree with upright, round-topped habit. The most attractive powder blue leaves and cheerful orange bark. Pale pink flowers appear from December to January depending on weather. This has been a good do-er growing happily in bright light to dappled shade, in any well drained soil. Withstands summer irrigation but also quite happy in summer dry conditions once established. USDA zone 7.
