Aloe tororoana is an evergreen cactus / succulent with green foliage. In spring and winter orange and red flowers emerge. Grows well with sun and low water. Drought tolerant once established. Does well in gritty, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant.
Also known as the Tororo Rock Aloe, this petite clustering aloe reaches about a foot in height. Its light blue-green leaves, adorned with white spots underneath, form open rosettes with prominent teeth along the edges. Freely flowering from early fall to winter, it produces glossy, red-orange blossoms on slender, upright racemes up to 18 inches tall. Originates from the Tororo district in southeastern Uganda.
This plant has been grown in a 2 ga pot. You will receive a very similar plant to the one in the picture. The plant is shipped "dry root" (without soil).
