Agave americana mediopicta ‘Aurea’ is a spectacular variety featuring upright, wavy, grey green leaves with creamy-yellow, central banding. The leaves are lined with sharp spines, and there is also a large terminal spine. An easy care, drought tolerant plant that is great in landscapes and containers or can adapt as a houseplant. Provide a well drained soil away from reflected heat. Once established, water infrequently during the hot season.
