Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Deutzia Pink Pom Pom, commonly known as Slender Deutzia is a beautiful, bushy, deciduous shrub which has small oval shaped, light green leaves. There are few flower displays that can compare to the large clusters of fragrant, double, clear-pink flowers which age to shell-pink/white with age. This lovely European cultivar produces its spectacular flowers in May and June. This shrub is wonderful for its ease of growing, striking displays and at just 4' it is suitable for smaller gardens. This is a perfect for plant for specimen, borders or banks and it is attractive to bees and butterflies. S-PSh/M
