Yucca recurvifolia is an evergreen cactus / succulent or shrub with green foliage. In summer cream flowers emerge. Grows well with sun - dappled shade and regular - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, gritty, lean and well-drained soil. Yucca recurvifolia is native to the southeastern United States (Georgia to Louisiana) and will develop into a large trunked plant up to six feet in height over time. The foliage is blue green and has a soft, graceful arch that gives this species a distinctive look. Tall candelabra spikes of creamy white flowers top mature plants in midsummer. Also known as Yucca pendula.
