Magnificent treelike Taliensia with large leaves that have a dense two-layered indumentum; upper layer is long and cinnamon colored with a shorter tan layer underneath. Trusses are compact and lax with 6-11 flowers of white to pale pink with crimson flecks. (HY, hy, Taliensia)

Has thick heavily veined dark green leaves. The indumentums is light tan colored all year. The flowers are apple blossom pink in April on a 3-4’ shrub. Must have afternoon shade or the plant will burn.
