Eucomis 'Safari Adventure' is a hardy, South African bulbous perennial with wide, upright, olive-green strap leaves emerging in a clump. Late summer brings on multiple, large, showy spikes of small cream to rosy purple star flowers. Pineapple Lily grows best in rich, well-drained soil. Plant in cottage or meadow gardens, or in containers. Loved also for their long lasting cut flowers. Bulbs can be lifted and saved for next year.
