Dwarf Mock Orange. About frigging time. Who has room for those big traditional Mock Orange plants anyway unless you are cursed with owning one of the big Victorians in town. Just 3'-4' tall with fragrant white double flowers in early summer. Prune after blooming if needed. Rock hardy.
