Interesting arrow-shaped, horizontally-held, medium-green leaves have an echoing dark purple arrow inside the margin. It's usually grown for its remarkable foliage, though it has fine, dainty little spritzes of pink flowers that seem to be held invisibly. I'd love to rename this cultivar "Floating Purple Arrows" because that is just what it looks like. 2' tall clump.
