Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This is a monster of a plant and probably the finest monster I've ever grown. Pachypodium eburneum is a relatively newly described species. The Cf in the epithet of this plant pictured means "confers to", implying that this is similar or the same species as pachypodium eburneum. However, we grow both of these and this is sure to be a new species. This is a flawless plant with tons of thick branches emerging from the crown, as well as a few at the base. It flowers from early spring onwards into late August. This is one of those plants that never fails to elicit a GASP when people walk through the greenhouse.
