Fragrant white spring flowers green foliage all year
As the common name suggests, the clusters of fragrant white flowers look much like small orange blossoms, appearing in early spring and intermittently through summer and fall and attracting bees. Best in full sun or light shade inland, it can get rangy in heavy shade. Lustrous yellow-green leaves held toward the end of branches are divided into fans of 3 leaflets. Temperamental in alkaline soils. Mature plants reach 8-10' tall.
