Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Coast to Coast' is a giant, solid gold Hosta that forms upright vase-shaped clumps and blooms with pale violet flowers.
Vase shaped mound of thick, chartreuse yellow aging to bright gold, wavy, corrugated leaves. Violet flowers in mid summer. Plant in partial sun to full shade. Giant Hosta (30” x 36”).
This lovely new Hosta from breeder Olga Petryszyn is definitely going to be fantastic. The large golden leaves are slightly cupped, a little bit puckered, and have deep veins. The entire plant will be large, at least 30 inches tall and I expect 5 feet or more wide. This variety is a Proven Winners perennial.
