Full sun, decent soil drainage, average moisture to dryish; deer resistant, great cut flower. Get your glow on!

The compact size, showy foliage and flowers make this a natural for mixed containers, smaller gardens or at the front of the border in a large garden. Forms multiple crowns quickly for container gardening. The foliage is like Crocosmia 'Solfatare', except shorter and the flowers are red rather than apricot yellow. Attracts hummingbirds. Excellent for cutting. Full to part sun in average to moist well-drained soil. Clumping.
