This is a seedling selection of one of our all-time favorites with an abundance of white sparkling, airy flowers ornamented with showy stamens. It's tall and requires support, but is worth that small effort.
Minimum temperature: -30 °F
Distinctive for its gauzy white flowers with pale yellow stamens gracing sizable branched sprays, this classy clump-forming Thalictrum is grounded by finely divided fresh green Columbine-like foliage. 'Album's' delicate upright silhouette provides peerless texture-rich accents that effectively contrast bold-leafed plants such as Hydrangea serrata 'Kiyosumi' in the mixed border.
