Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Low ground hugging sub-shrub less than 6” tall spreading 4-5’ wide. Silvery green foliage on stems covered by vivid red-orange, flared lip tubular flowers late summer into fall… can you say hummer fantasy? Full sun to part shade in hot climates, drought tolerant but looks best with occasional summer water. Prefers well drained soil but takes less if on the dry side. Deer resistant. West coast native. May reseed a bit.
Long, fluted red flowers form around the outer edges of this gray-leafed groundcover. Slow to establish itself, but worth the wait.
Low, spreading selection with hairy leaves (that catch the dew) and bright orange flowers. 6" tall x 14" wide.
