Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Spanish Broadleaf Variegated Thyme - a mounding tender perennial growing to 14 inches with stunning green fleshy leaves edged in white....used in cooking.
Each rich green leaf is edged in creamy white. The contrasting foliage of this easily grown trailing evergreen has the fragrance of mint when crushed or bruised. An excellent choice for hanging baskets and containers where the trailing stems can be allowed to spill over the edges.
Sometimes called Cuban oregano, this temperennial is sheer decoration in the container garden or the border. Not in the least hardy, but a simple cutting stuck in the window over winter will save the plant for you. Easy. Sun or shade.
