This Madagascan euphorbia has small, canoe shaped leaves with a narrow groove down the center. The cylindrical shape of the leaf is distinct, and can range from light pink, to magenta, to dark green. This species is stoloniferous, making dense mats of wandering stolons with leaves and flowers at the tips. CITES species, no export.
Masses of dark tubular grooved leaves and twisted branches and succulent stems created a globular shrub when mature. Producing a subterranean caudex base. Tiny dainty bell shaped beige flowers. Each leaf has a center groove.
