This beautiful and hardy mum produces masses of lovely, single, soft-apricot flowers with a bright-golden center. Butterfly attracting blooms from August to frost also make great cut flowers. Its handsome 2-3' clump of fern-like foliage is also tough, insect and disease resistant. S/M-D
I admit that I am not a mum fan, but I had to love this one! This perennial forms a 2-3’ clump and stems are thick from Sept to frost with flat faced, large daisy flowers of soft apricot pink petals around a sunny yellow center. Full sun, most soils, average water needs, easy to grow. Very low maintenance and floriferous.
Golden yellow tufted centers are surrounded by ray petals in apricot pink with cocoa undertones. Gorgeous in full bloom in late fall, when masses of the single flowers on top of the green leaves and stems create one of the last hurrahs of the northern garden. This graceful antique variety is also one of the best selections for southern gardens.
Very winter hardy perennial mum, zone 5-9. Masses of pale salmon pink daisy like flowers in late September thru frost. Grows 30-36" tall in sun to part shade. A very spectacular color that luminates the landscape. May also be listed as "Dendrantheumum" Great cut flower.
A fall garden classic... this perennial mum has apricot-pink daisies born on 2-3' stems in late Sept.-Nov. Tuck into shrub borders to contrast with fall foliage and/or pair with Aster 'Raydon's Favorite' for an end of the season finale of color. Pinch back in late June to prevent stems from becoming too lanky.
