An evergreen mum often grown for its handsome foliage -- lovely dark green leaves edged in the silver color of the leaf undersides. Plants form a dense mound to 18" tall and, eventually, 3' wide making a good ground cover. Autumn flowers simmer a soft pink with large yellow centers clustered above the foliage. Full sun to part shade especially in hot summer climates. Good drainage is essential for winter survival. Prefers average summer water. Frost hardy in USDA zone 5 with protection.
AJANIA PACIFICA - HARDY MUM PINK ICE - The stunning foliage grows in dense 4" rosettes, green leaves with a fine white edge. Once established, it will become a dense weed inhibiting groundcover. Blooms late in the season , October - Novermber, with yellow centered pink flowers. Hardy in zones 6-9. Requires well drained soil, especially during winter. Grows 12" tall and 36" wide.
