3-4" light pink to purplish pink coneflowers with drooping petals are held high above the foliage on sturdy stems. Flowers begin in May and may continue through August. This is a tough and easy pinewoods native plant that is great for butterflies and pollinators. This is considered to be the Southernmost of the Echinaceas making it an excellent addition to the perennial garden. Seeds for these plants were locally collected.
