    Tall dense fluffy spikes of bright rose pink flowers are born at the ends of the arching branches. Rich blue-green foliage. This is an unusual hybrid Spirea that was developed by Tom Cox. It is still so new to us that we are using our best judgment on size and hardiness and your input would be greatly appreciated.
