'Purple Dress' forms a lovely mound of burgundy-infused, shamrock foliage topped by bright pink flowers with yellow throats. The display is a perfect combination of contrasting colours. This oxalis arises from bulbs. They may go dormant in the heat of summer but will either re-emerge in the fall or the next spring. Use as an early spring annual, a house or container plant. Hardy in our area, it will not like the winter wet. Best to put the container in a shed or garage for the cold months.

Hot pink flowers. Dark purple foliage. Makes a clump of shamrock-like burgundy leaves accented by bright pink flowers. Striking contrast plant. Thrives in any type of soil. Goes dormant in summer heat, but returns in the fall. Excellent for edging and rock gardens or as a houseplant.
