Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sturdy and symmetrical growth (to 55' x 45'), as well as glossy disease-resistant foliage makes this fine shade tree well-named: a triumph! S/M
This selection resulted from a controlled cross conducted by Dr. George Ware at the Morton Arboretum between the Vanguard™ elm and Accolade™ elm. Its attributes include lustrous dark-green foliage, a good upright form, strong branching, and excellent disease and pest resistance. Triumph™ will mature to reach 60' in height with a 40' spread. The shape of Triumph™ is preferred by field growers as it is much easier to train as a young plant than other elm selections.
