AKA, Indigo Bush is from China, this rare plant with pea-like foliaged stems to 2' arise from the slow moving (NOT INVASIVE) rhizome. Miniature pink wisteria like flowers (6" long) cascade from the top of each stem for most of the growing season. Fast grower . Prune like a Buddleia in late winter. Disease & pest free. Used to make Indigo dye.
