Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This picturesque conifer is found growing in scattered populations on the dry mountain slopes of the American southwest and into Mexico. Reaching 40-80', this tree features eye-catching, silvery-green sprays of foliage that make it attractive in the landscape. It can be planted as a windbreak and it is quite fast-growing given adequate soil, water and good drainage. S/M-D/GDr
Native to the mountains and canyons of Arizona in the Southwestern US. It looks like a Fat version of the tall, skinny Italian Cypress. Arizona Cypress are fast growing and drought tollerant. Hardy in zones 6-9, and it would not supprise me to find it thrives in even colder zones. Needs full sun and well drained soil. Makes a good tree-line or can be grown singly into a large tree up to 100 ft high. For sale are plants in small pots ready to be transplanted into the yard or a container. Many are already a foot or more tall! I understand these make good Bonsai Trees. They are much more likely to survive those "Oops, I forgot to water that little pot again!" mistakes. WE CAN NOT SHIP LIVE PLANTS INTERNATIONALLY!
