Syn. 'Old Port'. Violet blue flowers have a dark eye that stands out. Glossy and deeply ribbed leaves complete the plant. For all intents and purposes this is the same plant that is sold as 'Old Port', though it is done so mistakenly. (ponticum hybrid)
