Nursery contributed plant descriptions

We first saw this plant at Rhodoland in Vida, Oregon in 1968 or 69. It was the most amazing yellow dwarf rhododendron. One of the Cox hybrids from Scotland.

By: Gossler Farms

A fine, true yellow dwarf rhododendron from Peter Cox. The intricate, twiggy stems make this plant appear like a tree in miniature. Winter weather brings a bronze-red coloration to the foliage that contrasts well with accompanying winter greens. A well drained location and good light exposure are a must. (rupicola var. chryseum x ludlowii)
