Nursery contributed plant descriptions

An old favorite from Exbury in England, this very early flowering plant has pure white flowers with chocolate anthers (tips of the stamens) contrasting against the white of the flower. I still remember being impressed when I saw the first early flowers of this plant, nearly 40 years ago. Fuzzy, rounded foliage with red buds is also attractive. Woodsy and low-growing. (leucaspis x moupinense)
