Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Nice winter foliage plant. Gable hybrid.
Single-petaled, red flower with hues of orange in the throat and accents of dark red. Leaves are long and glossy turning to mahogany-red in the winter. Evergreen shrub, good for year round interest in your garden. While very toxic to livestock, they seem to not be a problem for dogs & cats. Growth Rate slow, 5' in 10yrs.
This Gable Hybrid Azalea is very hardy and also very attractive with showy brick-red flowers in spring and wine-red winter foliage. PSh/Med.
A sun tolerant hybrid, 'Stewartstonian' displays lush red 2" blooms that, in the light, appear blood orange. Winter foliage deepens to wine red, rendering it excellent for color in the winter garden. Excellent for bonsai, as well.
