The elegant silver foliage of this compact 2-4' perennial-shrub is beautifully complemented by a mass of misty blue flowers late in summer when the color is most appreciated; great for border and butterfly. S/M/GDr PPAF
An exciting and new selection by British plantsman Peter Catt of this deciduous shrub with stunning, silver-gray foliage that looks good from spring through fall and provides a lovely backdrop for the bright blue flowers appearing from September until frost. To only 3 ft or so tall and wide and best cut back in early spring to maintain a compact form. Sun to part shade and well-drained soil with summer water. Frost hardy in USDA zone 7.
