[Terrestrial] Shrub or small tree native to Sulawesi (Celebes Island) Leaves in tight pseudowhorls at the upper nodes.  Flowers are bright glossy red and cylindrical in shape, hanging down.  New growth stems are pink or reddish in color when new. Grown from seed collected by John Farbarik and Keith Adams.
