Spineless pencil like Euphorbia from Madagascar. Black leaf scars up and down the stem give it a polka dotted appearance. Cute, tiny leaves at the top of each stem. Slow growing and sometimes difficult to propagate from cuttings, but grows steadily when established. Will grow into a large shrub over time.
