Crocosmia 'Citronella' is a broadleaf deciduous perennial bulb / corm / tuber with green foliage. In summer yellow flowers emerge. Grows well with sun - mostly shade and regular water. Prefers to be dry in summer. Does well in well-drained soil.
Smashing yellow Crocosmia with nice sized flared open flowers. A good clumper with nice vigor. I don't know if this has been explored yet but I wonder if given the name 'Citronella' that perhaps it would be a mosquito deterrent if one was to set fire to a clump in the garden.
