This tall, trunking Yucca is very popular for its perfect, rounded crown of narrow, pale blue leaves. The slender trunk may grow to 20' or more, and old plants may have many heads of stiff leaves. Although it comes from areas of west Texas and northern Mexico that are really not that cold, it is very adaptable, cool, moist conditions and temperatures down to at least -10 °F. In moist climates, the leaves may grow much longer, making for an exceptionally beautiful, robust plant.
