WOW! I had no idea Agave havardiana could grow this big! VERY different from the Davis Mts. form and other northerly forms (why is it even the same species? I'm not sure), this selection may grow rosettes as large as 6' wide and 5' tall before flowering. Amazingly fat, silvery leaves edged in black have widely spaced teeth. It will appreciate full sun and some summer moisture. 5 °F. Brewster Co, TX 5,600', mostly solitary HUGE beefy, silvery rosettes to 6' wide!
