Sparkling little mini, bright yellow leaves irregularly edged in dark green with random green streaking across the lustrous surface; clumps a mere 6” tall and twice as wide. Put this baby where it will not be overlooked…or plant them in bunches! Nice summer lavender flowers tall above foliage. AM sun or light shade for best foliage color. USDA Z3
This miniature selection has pointy bright yellow leaves with a narrow dark-green margin. Lavender flowers appear in July.
Smooth, glossy, copper-tinted golden yellow leaves irregularly margined dark green with streaks jetting towards midrib; edges widely rippled; Excellent grower! Lavender flowers in mid summer. Plant in morning sun to full shade. Dwarf size hosta.
This fast growing sport of 'Shiny Penny' features wavy chartreuse-yellow leaves edged with a narrow green margin. Tiny lavender flowers top the 12 inch wide clump in midsummer. A nice addition to the popular group of miniature hostas. Miniature hostas are great in shady containers or troughs, at the front of the border or along pathways. Dangerous for collectors who will want to have many more than just one!
'Cracker Crumbs' ranks as one of my favorite miniature hostas for its easy and vigorous growth and bright color. Leaves are a beautiful bright yellow with a narrow green margin. Clumps are very low, flat, and spreading; and are topped with lavender flowers in the summer. Use 'Cracker Crumbs' in containers or as a groundcover in the garden. Spreads vigorously.
Cute little mound of green leaves with gold edges.
