Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Most floriferous! It’s said that many South American Oxalis species cannot survive the open garden, but this more adaptable species from Chile bends the rules! Perfect for pots, slopes, or rockeries, it loves a little extra drainage & a dry spot in the sun. In the right conditions it will flower nearly year-round, with a profusion of rosy-pink flowers. This fibrous rooted perennial can be short lived, but often reseeds. Its roots aren’t tuberous, so that’s certainly a plus! Compact & tidy – it mounds to 6” high by 1’ wide.
