We are very impressed with this unknown Glaucium species. Incandescent, brilliant red, tulip-shaped flowers on fairly short stems above silvery, lacey foliage. It's an annual, so collect the seed and you too can blow your horticultural buddies away! Poor soil with good drainage is OK.
